On Monday May 20th, Full Sail University Acoustic Basement artist Monte Pittman (guitarist of Madonna) will jam with students at Pio Pico Middle School in Los Angeles, which is participating in the free Little Kids Rock music program.  In addition he will be arriving with free instruments for the students, courtesy of Moksha Yoga LA’s 30-day “Sweat For Change” fundraising Crowdrise challenge, which raised nearly $115,000 for Little Kids Rock to restore and revitalize music education in under-served public schools nationwide. Matthew Vincent of The American Scene and Alexander Correia of The Tower and the Fool will be releasing a split 12″ on July 9th 2013. Each contributed three songs that were recorded by Sam Pura at The Panda Studios in Fremont, CA. The split will be available on CD/LP/Digital.
